Shipping policy

 

When you place your order on Arrow's website, you will receive a follow up message from us to confirm  with your order details.

Once we receive your order, we start preparing it & make it ready to be shipped and then delivered to your doorstep.

Standard shipping inside Egypt takes 3 - 5 business days (applicable in Greater Cairo & Alexandria), for other Governorates, it takes 5 - 7 business days.

We only ship inside Egypt, but soon we will be shipping to the Gulf Region.

Refund policy 

 

If you are have an issue  with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returning an item(s) is valid within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received.
  • Item(s) must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You can either create a return request or call our customer service on …..to create one for you..
  • Next, our courier will contact you to pick up your item(s)
  • Or you can pick your order in the nearest store with no shipping fees

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you through phone that we have received your returned item(s).
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s)
  • If your refund is approved, in case you have paid using a credit card, we will initiate a refund to the credit card you used. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies in full, with the delivery cost deducted
  • Cash on delivery payment will be refunded as store credit that could be used with your upcoming transaction
  • Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Arrow store with the original invoice that came with your order, to return or exchange the delivered item(s) with your desired ones with free shipping

According to our returns & exchanges policy, the below products cannot be returned or refunded

Shipping Damage

If you feel an item purchased at Crocs.com was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Service for an exchange or refund within 90 days of arrival.

 

Take care of your product /caring for your product

  • Taking care of clog is very easy. To keep your Clog in good condition, avoid leaving them in extreme heat, under direct sunlight, in dishwashers, washing machines, or hot cars, as this can cause the shoes to shrink or warp.

 

  • Please keep your product away from direct sunlight, hot cars, or heat. Always keep it clean by hand washing only with cold water.
